Our hotline provides emotional support, crisis counseling, and information and referrals by phone, text, chat, and through walk-in services.

We are accredited through the International Council for Helplines and connected to the 988 Crisis and Suicide Prevention Lifeline.

Our 24/7 Hotline Program supports those who are struggling and can't get the help they need when they need it. We take calls when people have nowhere else to turn.

We also provide after-hours support for partner organizations such as Centre Safe, Alcoholics Anonymous, Crossroads Counseling, and several private practices.
